When this website is accessed, the web server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL as well as browser and operating system identification.

This processing is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 31 FADP and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR respectively). Log data is deleted after 90 days at the latest and is not combined with other data sources.

When you use the enquiry form we process your name, your email address, optionally your telephone number, your message and the reference to the vehicle enquired about.

We use this data exclusively to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible contract (Art. 31 FADP and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR respectively). No disclosure for advertising purposes takes place.

Enquiries are deleted as soon as they have been conclusively dealt with and no statutory retention obligation remains — at the latest, however, after twelve months. If the enquiry leads to a contract, the commercial retention period of ten years applies.

We distinguish four categories: necessary, functional, statistics and marketing. Necessary cookies are essential for operation and require no consent — these include storing your language choice, the session cookie for the administration area, protection of the forms against automated abuse, and the cookie recording your privacy choice.

All other categories are used only after your explicit consent. No analytics or marketing tools are currently in use; the categories are prepared so that any later introduction can only happen with your agreement.

Your choice is stored for one year and can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the “Privacy settings” link in the footer. As evidence we record the time, the selection made, the version of this policy and a random identifier — without an IP address.

To protect against automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

When a form is opened, a script is loaded from Cloudflare. Your IP address, browser and device information as well as your behaviour on the page are transmitted to Cloudflare and analysed there to determine whether the input originates from a human. Cloudflare does not set cookies for advertising purposes in this process.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and spam (Art. 31 FADP and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR respectively). The transfer to the USA is based on Cloudflare’s standard contractual clauses.

The website runs on a server located in Europe. The hosting provider processes the data solely on our behalf and is contractually bound to comply with data protection requirements.

Your data is only passed to third parties where this is necessary to perform the contract (for example to transport or registration service providers), where you have consented, or where we are legally required to do so.

Personal data is never sold under any circumstances.

You have the right to information about the data processed about you, as well as to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. You may also object to processing and request the release of your data in a common format.

A message to the email address provided is sufficient to exercise these rights. We may request additional details in order to verify your identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, where the GDPR applies, with a European supervisory authority.

Transmission is exclusively encrypted via TLS. Access to the administration area is password-protected; passwords are stored only as hashes and are never logged in plain text.

We adapt this privacy policy when our data processing changes. The version published on this page at any given time is authoritative.
